00·Legal
Terms, refunds and privacy.
All of this is placeholder text. Get a lawyer in your jurisdiction to look at it before you take a single payment. Stripe will also ask for terms and a refund policy when they review the account.
01·Terms of sale
Terms of sale.
Buying from SpookyCheats means you agree to this. You are paying for a licence that lasts as long as the tier you picked. You do not own the software.
A licence belongs to one person. Share it, resell it or pull it apart and it stops working, with no refund.
Running third-party software with an online game almost certainly breaks that game's terms of service, and your account can be suspended or banned for it. That risk is yours. SpookyCheats does not guarantee anything about detection and is not liable for what a game publisher does to your account.
We can kill a licence for abuse, chargeback fraud, or messing with the licensing itself.
02·Refunds
Refund policy.
Put your real policy here and make it match the FAQ answer word for word. When those two disagree, the buyer quotes whichever one helps them, and Stripe tends to agree with the buyer.
A reasonable starting point. Refunds within 24 hours if the key was never activated and the fault was ours. Nothing back for a ban, for changing your mind after activation, or for a machine that never met the requirements on the page.
Downtime comes back as time, not money. Your days stop counting while a build is down.
03·Privacy
Privacy notice.
Stripe handles payment. We never see your card. Stripe keeps the payment record and passes us the email you checked out with so we can issue the licence.
We keep what a licence needs to work. That is the email, what you bought and when it runs out. We do not sell any of it.
For a deletion request, write to support@spookycheats.example. Anything attached to a completed payment may have to stay on file for tax reasons.
